Ils peuvent donc engendrer une sensation de jambes lourdes et un \u00e9ventuel gonflement des pieds, des chevilles, voire des mollets. Ces longs trajets en position assise pr\u00e9sentent donc un risque de formation d\u2019un caillot dans les veines des jambes, appel\u00e9&nbsp;thrombose ou phl\u00e9bite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Le risque majeur \u00e9tant la migration de celui-ci vers les poumons, pouvant entra\u00eener une <strong>embolie pulmonaire<\/strong> quelques heures ou m\u00eame quelques jours apr\u00e8s le voyage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pathologie peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s grave et repr\u00e9sente une\nurgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019avion <\/strong>est le principal pourvoyeur de thromboses veineuses profondes surnomm\u00e9es \u00ab&nbsp;syndrome de la classe \u00e9conomique&nbsp;\u00bb. En effet, trois facteurs y ralentissent la circulation sanguine&nbsp;:  la position assise prolong\u00e9e entra\u00eene l\u2019immobilit\u00e9 : le sang reste plus longtemps dans les membres inf\u00e9rieurs.  La d\u00e9shydratation due \u00e0 la climatisation et la diminution de l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation dans le sang due \u00e0 la pressurisation de la cabine, engendrent une diminution de la fluidit\u00e9 sanguine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de trajets sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 4 heures&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desserrez vos chaussures ou enlevez les si possible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Portez des <strong>chaussettes, bas ou collants de compression,<\/strong> qui vous auront \u00e9t\u00e9 prescrits par un professionnel de sant\u00e9 habilit\u00e9, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles contre-indications m\u00e9dicales. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Portez des <strong>v\u00eatements amples<\/strong> qui ne serrent pas. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>N\u2019entravez pas vos jambes<\/strong> en gardant des bagages \u00e0 vos pieds.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>Bougez <\/strong>vos orteils, vos chevilles et vos genoux de temps en temps. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>Marchez <\/strong>et bougez toutes les 2 heures au minimum, montez plusieurs fois sur la pointe des pieds, faites des accroupissements et pratiquez les \u00e9tirements musculaires des mollets.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>Buvez <\/strong>r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l\u2019eau plate, \u00e0 raison de 1 litre toutes les 6 heures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Pratiquez la <strong>respiration abdomino-diaphragmatique<\/strong> qui favorise aussi le retour veineux. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien entendu, d\u2019autres facteurs de risques tels que&nbsp;: l\u2019insuffisance\nveineuse chronique, les varices, l\u2019\u00e2ge, le tabagisme, l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et la grossesse,\npeuvent majorer le risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, en appliquant nos conseils de pr\u00e9vention, vous limiterez le risque de\nsurvenue d\u2019une phl\u00e9bite due \u00e0 un trajet prolong\u00e9 en position assise. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les trajets de 4 heures et plus, imposant une position assise, quel que soit le moyen de transport (voiture, train, bus ou avion), favorisent la stagnation du sang dans les membres inf\u00e9rieurs.
